As the owner and Creative Director of M Salon, Caitlyn Verret is passionate about creating an exceptional salon experience where every guest feels confident, cared for, and inspired. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her own chair, as she continuously invests in advanced education for both herself and the M Salon team to ensure they remain at the forefront of the beauty industry.

With an extensive background in advanced education, Caitlyn has trained with some of the industry’s most respected brands and educators. She has completed advanced coursework at Bumble and Bumble University, Vidal Sassoon Academy, and has extensive education with Oribe, refining her expertise in precision cutting, modern styling, and luxury hair care. She has also participated in numerous leadership and business development programs, including Bumble and Bumble’s Fierce Conversations and Business Essentials in New York City.

A respected educator, Caitlyn previously served as a Regional Color Educator for Wella Professionals, where she trained stylists in advanced color techniques and product knowledge. She also worked as a Color Educator, sharing her expertise with salon professionals and mentoring the next generation of colorists. She is the co-founder of ChristopherCait, an educational company dedicated to teaching experienced colorists innovative, modern color techniques, and she continues to educate and mentor M Salon’s creative team.

Although her leadership responsibilities have grown, Caitlyn’s greatest passion remains behind the chair. She specializes in creating customized, effortless looks that enhance each client’s individual style through precision cutting, dimensional color, and personalized consultation.

Caitlyn is highly sought after for her expertise in luxury blonding, dimensional color, corrective color, and premium hair extensions. She specializes in K-Tip (keratin bond) extensions and is a Bellami Professional and Great Length Certified Extension Artist, delivering seamless, natural-looking results tailored to each client. She also offers advanced smoothing services, including Japanese and Brazilian straightening treatments.
