Owner and Founder

As owner and stylist of M Salon, Caitlyn’s first priority is to ensure that M Salon’s clientele feels great about their experience. To ensure this response, Caitlyn refines her talent through continued education for herself and the staff at M Salon.

To stay current with techniques, products, and trends, Caitlyn attends advanced training at Bumble and Bumble University and the Vidal Sassoon Academy. She has attended the Bumble and Bumble Design Workshop 1 and 2 in NYC, as well as various leadership seminars and business courses including the Bumble and Bumble “Fierce Conversations” and “Business Essentials” courses in NYC.

Caitlyn has worked as a regional educator for the international color company, Wella, and is currently an educator for M Salon’s creative team. She is the co-founder of ChristopherCait , a company that specializes in teaching established colorists the newest color techniques.

Even though Caitlyn manages many roles and responsibilities within the salon, her passion still lies in working with clients. She aspires to help each one achieve a look that is perfect for them through modern cutting and coloring techniques ranging from precision cutting inspired by Vidal Sassoon to razor cutting from Bumble and Bumble University.

Additionally, Caitlyn specializes in several chemical services including advanced block and dimensional coloring techniques, extensions, and Japanese and Brazilian straightening treatments. She is also a certified applicator of Great Lengths hair extensions.
